Joyce Stapleton, CMM, of Pulmonary & Critical Care Consultants has received top honor as the Dayton PAHCOM, 2011 Medical Manager of the Year. Joyce was presented the award on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at our Annual Members Dinner.
Joyce has been the Practice Administrator of Pulmonary & Critical Care Consultants, Inc. for approximately 20 years. In that time period, Joyce has been through many changes with the practice, growing from five doctors to ten with the eleventh doctor in the wings. She has seamlessly blended their many diverse cultures to help create a unique practice that is considered a leader in its specialty.
Joyce always gives the practice her personal best, accumulating educational degrees and certifications to ensure she has the high-level skills necessary to continue to guide this practice for today and beyond. She believes in creating a positive culture where employees can also obtain their personal best by allowing opportunities for them to advance and develop their skills. The longevity of many of our employees can be attributed to her.
